Man Charged Following Series of Burglaries in Southampton

A man has been charged following a series of alleged burglaries in Southampton.
The charges relate to incidents between January and June this year, during which multiple properties in Southampton and one address in Exeter were reportedly targeted.

Police allege that entry was gained by smashing windows, with items including jewellery and a bicycle stolen.
Following an investigation, Krystian Szymanski, 42, of no fixed abode, has been charged with burglary of a dwelling with intent to steal.

He is due to appear before Southampton Magistrates’ Court today (30 June).

As criminal proceedings are now active, the defendant is entitled to a fair trial, and the case will be dealt with by the courts.
