Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident of indecent exposure that occurred in Southsea on the morning of Thursday, 12 September.
Between 7:05am and 7:15am, a 31-year-old woman reported seeing a man indecently exposing himself on Devonshire Avenue, between Heidelberg Road and Fernhurst Road.
The man was last observed at the crossing near St Augustine Road. According to the woman, no verbal communication or physical contact occurred, and she was not harmed.
The suspect is described as having a tanned complexion and was wearing a green camouflaged puffer jacket, a black beanie hat, tan or khaki shorts, and trainers.
Southsea’s Neighbourhood Policing Team is conducting regular patrols in the area, and no similar reports have been received recently.
