Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate a missing 60-year-old man from Basingstoke.

Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate a missing 60-year-old man from Basingstoke.

Andrew William Smale was last seen in the Jefferson Road area of the town at approximately 7.40pm today (Sunday 5 July).

Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries since Andrew was reported missing but are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare. They are now asking the public to assist in efforts to locate him.

Andrew is described as:

• White
• Bald
• Approximately 5ft 8ins tall
• Skinny build
• Last seen wearing a light blue and white striped T-shirt, grey tracksuit bottoms and no shoes
• Believed to be driving a white Jaguar, registration OY13 WMT

Anyone who has seen Andrew, or who has any information about his current whereabouts, is urged to call 999 immediately, quoting incident number 44260319892.
