Teenager arrested following a collision between a motorcycle and a car
It’s understood that the rider of the motorcycle was going the wrong way down a one way road, when it struck a vehicle traveling down Newcomen Road, Portsmouth earlier today.
The rider of the motorcycle was checked over at the scene by paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service and was later handed over to police where he was furthermore arrested.
It’s unsure if the bike was stolen but residents nearby said: “The the bike has been riding around for a few days without helmets which they believe maybe stolen.”
The bike has since been recovered and the road reopened to motorists.
