Three appliances and a command support unit were called to Belvedere Street, Ryde, at 12:42 today (Monday 21 March)
A fire involving items outside a flat was extinguished using one hose reel jet.
Firefighters gave immediate emergency care to two people at the scene. Ambulance and police colleagues were also in attendance.
Crews from Newport, Ryde and Sandown carried out post-incident community safety activity and left shortly after the stop message was received at 1.47pm.
