A warning goes out to parents across Portsmouth after the teenager was approached
The incident happened at around 2.45pm on Rivers Street, Portsmouth Tuesday 1st March, the male and female approached the teenager as she was walking through from Somerstown Hub.
It’s understood that the female seen in the above picture complimented the teenager about her looks.
The male then attempted to talk to her and was asking for her number she declined and replied with her age, he then said we can be friends and attempted to hand his phone over to input her number.
Although this has been reported to the police they are unable to take any action at this stage as no offences were commited, however its unclear of the male and females intentions at this stage if you have been approached by them please contact police.
