Woman charged in connection with Andover shoplifting

Officers investigating a shoplifting incident in Andover have now charged a woman

Deborah Susanna Holmes, 45, of no fixed abode, has been charged with theft after more than £200 worth of chocolate was stolen from the Compton Square Tesco Express on 23 October.

She is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday 28 November).
