Appeal for witnesses following £1,000 shoplifting incident at Asda in Andover
Police are appealing for help identifying a man following the theft of around £1,000 worth of alcohol and a suitcase from the Asda store on Anton Mill Road in Andover.
The incident was reported to have taken place at around 2pm on Wednesday 6 May.
Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to as part of their enquiries.
He is described as:
White
Aged between 35 and 45
Around 5ft 9ins tall
Medium, stocky build
Blonde hair
Wearing a blue face mask
Police would also like to identify a second man seen in the area at the time. He is described as:
White
Aged between 18 and 22
Around 5ft 8ins tall
Slim build
Brown floppy hair
Wearing bright blue shorts
Anyone who recognises either man, witnessed the incident, or has CCTV, dashcam, mobile phone or doorbell footage that may assist the investigation is asked to call 101 quoting reference 44260212422.
