Appeal for Witnesses Following £800 Sunglasses Theft at Portsmouth Asda
Police are appealing for information after around £800 worth of sunglasses were reportedly stolen from Asda on Somers Road in Portsmouth.
The incident took place at approximately 2:25pm on Saturday 9 May.
Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the investigation, as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
The man is described as:
White
Aged between 25 and 35
Approximately 5ft 8in tall
Proportionate build
Brown hair
Anyone who recognises the man, witnessed the incident, or has information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference 44260222686.
Police are also keen to hear from anyone with CCTV, dashcam, mobile phone, or doorbell camera footage from the area around the time of the incident.
