Firefighters from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service were called after a chimney collapsed at a Copnor home after damage was caused by storm Eunice
Firefighters used a specialist ALP after a chimney collapsed onto a public footpath at around 1.30pm today, the property in Percival Road, Portsmouth was hit yesterday by storm Eunice after 100mph winds caused damage to the property.
Due to the high risk of debris falling from the roof and a danger to the public, crews disasembled the chimney to prevent injury.
