Firefighters called to agricultural fire including animals close to Basingstoke

Firefighters called to agricultural fire in Andwell near Basingstoke 

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service received the call at 6.13pm with reports that a blaze had broken out.

Around 50 firefighters are currently on the scene of a fire involving an agricultural building.

Crews are tackling the fire using hose reels and jets.

HIWFRS are asking people to avoid the area to allow access for emergency services vehicles and to keep doors and windows closed.
