Two teenagers arrested on suspicion of drug offences after proactive stop in Pennington

Two teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of drug supply offences in Pennington after officers detained them during a proactive search

 

It comes after officers stopped a Vauxhall Corsa on South Street just before 9.30pm yesterday evening (6 March) and searched the occupants of the vehicle.

 

A quantity of Class B drugs, a quantity of cash and drug-related paraphernalia was located and seized.

 

Officers conducted a further search of a property on Bournemouth Road in Burley and further located a quantity of Class B drugs and more drug-related paraphernalia.

 

A 17-year-old and 15-year-old boy, both from Lymington, were arrested and de-arrested to attend an interview under caution at a police custody suite at a later date.
